Giddings running back Joseph Glenn gains national attention, receives honor at U.S. Army Combine

Athletes participating in the combine were some of this year's top juniors and those competing in the bowl game included the year's top seniors. The events tool place in San Antonio, January 5th - 7th, and hosted hundreds of national high school prospects.
Glenn was awarded 1st Team running back honors on the U.S. Army All-Combine Team. He was one of 500 of the nation's top junior prospects that were invited to attend.
T.J. Johnson from Island Coast High School in Cape Coral, Florida also received this prestigious honor.
The recruiting staff of Rivals.com said, "Glenn was one of the most impressive prospects from a physical standpoint regardless of position at the combine. The Texas prospect has great size, moves well and was definitely impressive during one-on-one drills against the linebackers."
In his junior at
Giddings Glenn logged over 1,500 yards and had 24 touchdowns.
