August 29, 2010
Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to CR 304 in reference
to mail being taken out of mailboxes and thrown on the ground
and at other mailboxes.
Received a call on a black Chevy Silverado driving slowly
down CR 309 Deputy Carvin was dispatched he was unable to locate
the vehicle.
Caller stated that her friend is possibly suicidal and
would like a deputy to come out and evaluate her to get her the
help she needed. Deputy Allen and Deputy Lapham went to the car
was in Dime Box to help with a suicidal subject. The subject was
taken to a Mental Health facility.
B&M Ambulance service requested a deputy to one of their
calls, because of a possible disturbance Deputy Carvin went.
Caller advised of an older model tan/gray ext cab Chevy
pickup driving very slowly down CR 411 Deputy Liles was
dispatched he was unable to locate the vehicle.
The caller stated that some kids where driving down the
road shooting balls out the window and one of them hit his
house. Deputy Ray and Deputy Liles went to try and locate
the vehicle with the kids but were unable to find them. The
caller did not want to file a report.
August 30, 2010
Caller reported that his seventeen year old daughter is at
a residence and won’t come out unsure if she is being kept there
against her will. Deputy Carvin and Deputy Durrenberger went to
Private Road 4636 the actual event was located in Caldwell and
was transferred to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
Caller stated that his 17 year old daughter has run away
he advised that his daughter and he have had issues before.
Deputy Lapham was sent dispatched to CR 405 where the teen was
staying and found that she is living with her mother; a report
was taken.
Received multiple complaints of 18-Wheelers driving
recklessly on FM 696 a close patrol of the area was put in
effect.
August 31, 2010
Deputy Easley went to a burglar alarm at H&R Machine,
building was secure.
Received a call stating that there was a 16-19 year old
walking along Hwy 290 Deputy Easley was dispatched for a check
person was alright just walking home.
Caller requested a civil stand by while he changed the
locks on his property so that there would be no issues with
person living there Deputy Liles dispatched.
Caller stated that his daughter swerved to miss being hit
and went into a ditch Deputy Easley worked the minor accident on
HWY 290 driver was ok.
Caller advised that his wife was trying to leave but he
won’t let her because she is suicidal. Deputy Liles was
dispatched and talked with both subjects family members where
called out to help the husband and wife.
September 1, 2010
Caller advised that there were several dogs chained up and
did not have food or water Deputy York was dispatched.
Deputy Aderhold completed a civil standby for a
repossession of a vehicle.
Caller advised that 18-wheelers were now speeding down CR
304 and was worried because school buses go down that road a
close patrol was put on the area.
Caller reported a white semi truck swerving all over the
road way on Hwy 77; Deputy Durrenberger was unable to locate the
vehicle.
Deputy York was sent to CR 411 for a theft of a riding
lawn mower a report was taken.
Deputy Easley put up some cows on Hwy 21.
Deputy Durrenberger was unable to locate a brown horse
that was loose on Hwy 21.
Deputy Easley put up two cows on FM 696 West at the
construction site.
Deputy Durrenberger put up a black cow on CR 426.
September 2,
2010
Caller advised that he and his girlfriend got into a fight
over money and she started to hit him. Deputy Aderhold was
dispatched to the call both parties where arrested for different
actions.
Deputy Crockett put a cow up on CR 217 near the railroad
tracks.
Caller advised that his ex-wife reported their son as a
runaway and thinks he is hiding out on CR 415. Deputy York went
to check on it and located the juvenile that was staying with
his grandmother.
Caller wanted some assistance with her grown son tearing
things up and not listening Deputy Crockett went to assist the
lady.
Deputy Crockett put up two donkeys on CR 118; we were
unable to locate an owner.
Received multiple calls on a large horse on Hwy 21 near
Sugar Hill Ranch Deputy Durrenberger removed the horse form the
roadway.
Caller advised that his ex-girlfriend was refusing to
leave his house Deputy Crockett was dispatched the ex-girlfriend
agreed to leave and set up a date and time to get the rest of
her things from the apartment.
Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to FM 180 for a
possible tornado sighting that took a roof off of a barn. The
roof was in the road way the owner was notified and he advised
he was on his way to get the roof out of the roadway.
Deputy Easley put a cow up on CR 329 right off of Hwy 77.
Caller advised that some woman was banging on her door
yelling and cursing, the lady is refusing to leave the
residence. Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched a report was taken
for assault.
Received call about two donkeys running loose on CR 118
near the Baptist Church Deputy Easley was unable to locate.
September 3, 2010
Caller advised he believes his ex-girlfriend broke into
his house; Deputy Aderhold was dispatched advised that it was to
be a civil matter.
Dispatch received multiple calls of a car in a ditch on FM
2440 near Hwy 21; Deputy Lapham was dispatched the vehicle just
slid into the ditch and was stuck. The driver was waiting on a
tow truck.
Deputy Carvin was dispatched to CR 316 in reference to
trespassing.
Received call on a two vehicle accident at the
intersection of CR 301 and CR 468, all people involved are ok.
Deputy Lapham, Deputy Allen and Trooper Moore responded to
accident.
Deputy Carvin was dispatched to find a silver Toyota
Tundra driving recklessly he was unable to locate before the
Giddings Police Department located the vehicle.
Deputy Carvin put up a large horse on Hwy 21 near CR 114.
Deputy Allen contacted a complaint at Hwy 21 and Hwy 77
intersection to take a report on a reckless driver in a Dodge
pickup truck.
Caller advised that her 16 year old foster kid ran away
after school. Deputy Easley was dispatched before arrival to
residence of caller the child returned home.
Deputy Ray put up the same donkeys on CR 118.
September 4,
2010
Received complaint that people have been trespassing on
property on Cr 316 Deputy Easley was dispatched.
Caller advised that he almost hit a cow on FM 112 about
half a mile outside of Lexington Deputy Lapham put the cow up.
Deputy Carvin put a horse up at Hwy 21 and Middle Creek
Bridge.
Received a complaint about criminal trespass on Cr 316
Sheriff Meyer and Deputy Lapham went to property. They waited at
the gate for thirty minutes and tried complaints cell phone but
did not get an answer.
Deputy Easley responded to a call for a soon to be
ex-husband getting the phone records of his soon to be ex-wife a
report was taken.
Caller advised that one of her family members threw a rock
thru her windshield Deputy Easley was dispatched no report was
taken the other family members are going to replace the
windshield.
Caller stated that she needed deputies to her house on FM
141, but would not give any more information. Dispatch could
hear two females yelling at each other Deputy Easley and Deputy
Liles where sent to address report was taken one subject was
taken to jail.
September 5,
2010
Dispatch received a 911 hang up call from CR 307 Deputy
Liles responded spoke with caller all was ok just having phone
problems.
Received a call about mailboxes being smashed in on FM 141
Deputy Carvin took report for criminal mischief.
Deputy Lapham and Deputy Allen went to Middle Yegua Creek
to put up four cows, upon arrival cows had already went back
into the fence.
Received call from FM 1624 about missing cattle he did
advise that his neighbor had them for a few days. Deputy
Crockett was dispatch and took a report for missing cattle.
Caller requested some criminal trespass warnings be issued
on FM 696 east Deputy Allen responded to call.
Deputy Ray assisted motorist broke down on Hwy 77.
Deputy responded to several people fishing off a bridge
blocking the roadway, the people were gone on the officer’s
arrival
Received a call about 2 small kids riding bikes on hwy 77,
Deputy Easley was dispatched to the call.
Deputy Ray was dispatched to a domestic disturbance
involving an assault.
