We report on local news, community events, our schools, and area teams and sporting events. This site was launched in January of 2008 in an effort to offer viewers a progressive alternative to the weekly newspaper. Lee County Live supports various non-profit causes in Lee and surrounding counties. We back the Giddings Buffaloes, the Lexington Eagles and the Dime Box Longhorns in both athletics and in the classroom.
